We  are renting out the whole  downstairs floor. It is a total of about 120 square meters or about 1300 square feet and this is a totally separated and stand alone floor.

The prices we are asking are currently the following:

99 US$ / DAY for up to two guests. For each additional guest above 2 = 20 US$ per person per day.

620 US$ / WEEK for 2 guests. Reach out to us if you are more than 2 for an offer.
