About the house

The house is located on the West coast of Jamaica in the village of Sheffield, Westmoreland parish. Only 4 miles from Negril's famous 7-mile beach!

What we offer is the whole downstairs floor of the villa.

This includes four bedrooms - three bigger bedrooms with Queen sized beds and we also have one smaller bedroom that also includes a queen size bed.

The living space downstairs is divided into two parts where one area includes the bigger and smaller bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, living room with a dining area and a balcony/veranda.

The second part - which is located on the first floor as well but one cannot move freely between the areas from inside, instead you need to walk outside to get to it - includes: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two smaller kitchens which are fully stocked with fridge, stove, utensils etc.

All bedrooms come with AC and we offer hot water in the shower.

Everything is fresh and clean and we continuously maintain and improve these areas.

Sheets and towels are included in the price.

This is a two floor house which is totally separated with its own water etc. The part we currently are renting out is the lower floor.

We have now also prepared the rooftop area with gazebos and stairs to walk up. You are welcome to use and enjoy this area as much as you want - the view from there is truly one of a kind.

If you arrive with your own car there is plenty of space to park it.

Excursions

Besides going to Negril and swim there are plenty of other things that you can experience as well. How about a visit to famous Appleton Rum distillery and its very interesting and tasting tour. Or a trip to Black River for some crocodile safari. And why not visit beautiful YS Falls where you can swim in the cold fresh water in and around the waterfall.
